OneVision Solutions offers technology-based conferencing products and services through this contract, including video conferencing equipment, products, and services. Available brands and products include Avteq, Extron Electronics, Polycom, and many others. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.
We help people with meeting, collaboration, communication, integration, conferencing technology solutions – video solutions, media components, digital learning, virtual solutions, communications technology, hybrid workplace resources, meeting/boardroom solutions, huddle spaces, network, collaboration, virtual collaboration, audio visual design and engineering.

Returns Policy:
Any equipment or materials that are ordered from OneVision Solutions may not be cancelled or returned except as authorized by OneVision Solutions at its sole discretion. If such cancellation or return is authorized by OneVision Solutions, Customer will be responsible for any related restocking fees, return freight costs, handling charges, and demobilization costs.
